Hey everyone, here are some noteworthy updates I've made to Video To Blog recently...

New and Updated AI Models

With the recent release of GPT-4o mini (and after thoroughly testing it to make sure it meets quality requirements), I have decided to update the AI models we offer and get rid of the previous GPT 3.5 option.

Now, we will be offering GPT-4o mini (which will be the default option) along with two premium options for AI models: GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet.

Both of these models have been tested throughly and produce high quality content.

I have not fully determined which model I think is better (between GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet), but I have noticed Claude 3.5 Sonnet tends to produce more content (which is something that could be a good thing or bad thing depending on the writer) so I have decided to offer both options and let our users test out and decided which one they prefer.

As other models are released, I will continue to test them out and make them available if they meet the high quality standards that I try to adhere to.

Pricing Updates

First and foremost, as with all previous pricing updates, no changes will be made to any pricing plan you are currently on. I have always honored the pricing plan that any user signs up under and will always continue to support any plan that a user is currenty signed up with.

That said, I have tweaked our pricing and adjusted the credit limits for each price point. With this change, we are still priced grossly under any and every other similar product out there. Our lowest price point starts at $9/month (yearly) and allows users to create up to 125 blogs which I believe is extremely generous.

Furthermore, I have made this change after looking at how many credits our users typically use in a month (which very few users hit the limit) so this change is unlikely to affect most users anyways.

Again, to reiterate, no changes are being made to any user's existing plan. This change will only be for new subscribers.

Auto Screenshot Stabilization

Auto screenshots have been further stabilized after a change made by YouTube that made it much more difficult to download videos (which is required for us to take screenshots).

This feature should work all the time now.

If you have not tried this feature out, I highly recommend doing so. It is a great way to add relevant images to your blogs and is really great for videos that have screenshares or other valuable visual content.
